If you’re a Filipino Citizen residing in the United States, the Philippine Embassy and Consulates in the U.S. conduct annual Consular Outreaches in select cities in order to provide consular services such as passport renewal, civil registry (Report of Marriage, Report of Birth Abroad), and re-acquisition of Philippine Citizenship among other things.
